Sharon R. Lewis

Attorney Biography

Sharon R. Lewis became an associate in the Northern California office of Sinnott, Puebla, Campagne and Curet, APLC in March 2020.  Ms. Lewis represents insurance company clients in complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation brought by insureds, third parties, and other insurers.  Her significant experience includes all aspects of litigation through disposition by dispositive motion, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appeal.

Ms. Lewis also provides coverage advice to insurance company clients concerning coverage for claims made nationwide under commercial general liability, environmental liability, and professional liability policies, both primary and excess.  She also advises clients on issues of claim handling.

Ms. Lewis earned her B.A. in Literature from the University of California, San Diego, and she earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Honors Program.

Ms. Lewis is a member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California
