Attorney Biography

For over 25 years, Melissa Dubbs has represented insurers in high exposure, complex insurance coverage litigation matters involving first and third party disputes in both state and federal courts including claims related to contractual, extra-contractual and statutory violations of the insurance code.

Additionally, Melissa has handled a wide variety of non-litigated coverage matters arising under a variety of policies including general liability, professional liability, technology and media liability, data security, cyber risk, builders risk, business interruption, homeowners, and employment practices liability.

Melissa is a member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
